Wellness Services Scope: Disconnect provides a range of wellness classes, retreats, workshops, corporate wellness, corporate training, and team-building activities, including ice bath, meditation, yoga, SUP yoga, and more.

Payment Terms for classes, retreats, and workshops: Full payment in advance.

Corporate wellness, training, and team-building: Terms vary based on the program and Invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Please refer to the cancellation policy outlined separately. Cancellation terms differ for events, corporate wellness, training, and team-building programs.

Scoping Documents: Disconnect typically provides detailed plans and service lists per quote or invoice. Scoping documents may not apply but are detailed in corporate service plans.

Rights of Pictures and Videos: Disconnect reserves the right to use pictures and videos taken during sessions, events, classes, or workshops unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

Intellectual Property: Disconnect retains the right to use, reuse, and recreate corporate programs and retreats for promotional purposes without using client logos or names.

Confidentiality:Private or personal information is not shared with other parties unless legally requested. 

Acknowledgment of Risks and Liability Waiver

Understanding the Nature of Disconnect Services: By engaging with Disconnect Services, users acknowledge the inclusion of activities such as hot and cold hydrotherapy, breath coaching, and other therapeutic services, which may carry inherent risks.

Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risks: Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Disconnect Activities, whether known or unknown.

Responsibility for Individual Consultation:Users are responsible for individually consulting with a physician or health professional before engaging in Disconnect Services. Disconnect, and associated parties do not provide medical advice or guarantees regarding results.

Screening for Medical Conditions:Users with specific medical conditions, including cardiovascular issues, substance abuse, chronic ailments, joint injuries, surgical implants, pregnancy, hemophilia, fever, heat sensitivity, or discomfort during sauna or ice bath use, are advised against participating without healthcare professional approval.

Understanding Ice Bath Risks:Users are informed about the risks associated with ice bath usage, including temperature control, hygiene, slipping hazards, duration, supervision, pre-existing conditions, preparation, individual tolerance, age considerations, recovery protocols, and the importance of training and education.

Consent to Photography Use: Users grant Disconnect an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, fully-paid right and license to use, copy, distribute, or duplicate photographs taken during Disconnect Services for promotional purposes.

Release of Claims: By engaging with Disconnect Services, users release Disconnect from any and all claims arising from their interaction with the platform, understanding the inherent risks involved.

Certification of Understanding:Users certify that they have read, understood, and acknowledged the terms of this liability waiver. If under 18 years of age, parental or legal guardian acknowledgment is implied.

Waiver of Legal Rights:Users acknowledge the waiver of important legal rights, including the right to bring legal claims.

Variation:These terms may be varied or superseded by written agreement between Disconnect and the client. Any variations won’t affect accrued rights or obligations unless specifically agreed.

Acceptance of Terms:By using this website or any services provided by Disconnect, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy: Your usage of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the website or services for any illegal purposes or in a manner that could inflict harm upon Disconnect or its user base.
